Trevor Griffiths Rose Gardens
A garden named after a local nurseryman
Named after a local nurseryman and author with a passion for growing old varies, the garden was deemed ‘a garden of excellence’ in 2013 by the World Federation of Rose Societies.
The Trevor Griffiths Rose Garden was designed by Sir Miles Warren and has more than 1200 roses. It has a rose from every rose family in the world.
Mr Griffiths' collection of genuine old roses was once the third biggest in the world. It is from this collection, plus 600 modern roses from David Austin, that the Trevor Griffiths Rose Garden garden evolved.
Best time to go
